The dates of the workshop are: from 10 June 2013 till 23 June 2013.
The accomodation prices: 10 EUR per night with lunch and dinner included.
There is а one-off participation fee of 25 EUR (50 leva).

CHERGA exhibiting at the Bulgarian Design Biennial 2011

CHERGA exhibiting at The World of furniture 2011
Here you can find the photos from our last exhibition - the World of furniture - 26-29 October 2011. We have been supported by Ideal Standard, Al.Ba Design, Bulgarreklama, the Branch Chamber of Woodworking and Furniture Industry.
Over the exhibition we did a lottery for the winner of the public for the Contest N.2 - product design competition orgaznized by CHERGA. The awards was provided by Ideal Standard.
Also we had awards, given by the Branch Chamber of Woodworking and Furniture Industry and Ideal Standard:
- Product of the Year - the winner is the warrdobe system LESNO by Milena Paleva
- The Designer of the Year 2011 - awarded to Velichko Velikov.
We had Designer talks on 28th of October and Italian Design evening coctail, provided by Al.Ba Design.
At the exhibition we exposed more than 45 products by 18 designers from Bulgaria, Italy, Spain, Mexico.

Workshop 2011 completed
After ten days of hard work, fun, presentations and emotions the Rabotilnica 2011 is now over.
We had 18 designers and 14 manufacturers on board:
CHERGA at Sofia Design Week 2011
We are proudly presenting the photos from our exhibitions at Sofia Design Week in June, 2011.
We exhibited at the Water tower in Lozenetz, and in the MKB Union Bank.
There were 26 products presented in total from 14 designers.
The exposition provoked high interest from the public and fans of the Bulgarian design. Hope you enjoy the photos as we did the show!

Rabotilnica 2011 - 15 to 25 of June - call for entries
This year's dates are announced - the new Rabotilnica workshop will start on the 15th and finish on the 25th June 2011.
How does it work?
The manufacturers give assignments(task briefs) based on which the designers/teams develop conceptual proposals. If a project is approved, the manufacturer and the designer/team continue with the product's joint development until the new design goes into production. A non disclosure agreement is signed in advance by the manufacturer and the designer/team.
On the workshop this year the participants can choose to work as a team or independently.
